Hi, I’m Felix, a freelance digital consultant based in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Over the past few years, I’ve helped digital teams turn ideas into real, usable products.
My background spans product management, business analysis and development. I’ve worked both hands-on and strategically, guiding teams through the entire product lifecycle - from first concept to launch and beyond.

I started my career as a software developer, which gave me a solid technical foundation. From there, I moved into roles where I could connect the dots between business goals, user needs and technical feasibility.

What I enjoy most is bringing clarity and structure to complexity. Whether it’s shaping a product roadmap, running requirements workshops, defining scopes or coordinating agile teams.

When I’m not working on digital projects, you’ll probably find me on my bike, exploring coffee spots with a passion for specialty brews or at the skatepark.
